I was referred to the SBDC by SpringGR. I was a graduate of their program in 2019. Jamaal has really been helpful in developing my business plan, working on financials (like budgeting for the business and making projections). We also worked on the labeling for my products.

Shawndrika reached out to the SBDC in June of 2022 for business consulting, where she was assigned to work with Chris Vieau on her business.

Brad worked with Chris Curtis from the SBDC to register his business entity, build the business plan including financial analysis and market research.

Lydia contacted the Michigan SBDC in April 2021, where she was connected with Stacie Scherman. Stacie helped Lydia with financial planning as she started her business full-time.

Maggie's journey with the SBDC began in July 2022, where Maggie was assigned to work with Chris Vieau.

Dell reached out to the MI-SBDC and got connected with business consultant Lance Wolfe, who helped with getting the business set up.

That desire launched a thriving small business, thanks in part to the help of the MI-SBDC and business consultant Sam Augusta. Rector received one-on-one counseling and recently graduated from the Business Development Certificate Program, a collaborative program between the MI-SBDC and Northwestern Michigan College.

That’s when she reached out to the Michigan Small Business Development Center and met business consultant Wendy Richardson.
