ZDNet has reported that Amazon prevented a record breaking DDoS attack on their Amazon Web Services in mid-February. The DDoS attack peaked at a staggering 2.3 terabytes per second, easily beating the previous recorded DDoS attack at 1.7 terabytes per second.
